Captain’s Quarters Inn BBQ Package |
|
The weekend consists of a Friday night demonstration of preparing and smoking pork butt or beef brisket for dinner the next night with a sausage, wing and wine party on the front porch. Following breakfast Saturday morning, we will trim and marinate chicken thighs to accompany dinner in the evening. The afternoon is left open to take a sail, check out the visitor center or just walk the town. If you can rustle up a few friends to join you we would be happy to Q any time of the week.
